Highline Classic Jazz Festival seeking individual Sponsors for March 10 event
Burien Arts’ Fourth Annual Classic Jazz Festival, to be held Saturday, March 10th from 3 p.m. – 10 p.m. will offer a Big Program at its’ new location, the historic Landmark Event Center in Des Moines.
There will be more music with eleven bands participating in two music venues, and more styles of music including Straight Ahead Jazz classics, early and mid -20th century jazz styles, from Dixieland, Gypsy Jazz and Western Swing to Big Band Swing.
This great jazz experience will include Concerts, Dancing, Food and Drink, as well as Jam Sessions!
Ticket prices are set to offer the very best value in jazz entertainment available in the Puget Sound area. Ticket revenue does not cover the costs of the Festival, so additional sources are needed. Grants from the City of Burien and King County’s 4Culture help to support Burien Art’s ongoing programs, of which the Jazz Festival is one of many.
