Our Practice
We can advise you about legal issues regarding:
- Bankruptcy for Consumers, both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. With our free bankruptcy consultations, we will verify that you qualify for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 protection, work with you to decide which Chapter is the best fit for you, and will then prepare and file all the paperwork to complete the process. We will protect you from creditors, and will represent you at your hearing in Bankruptcy Court, working directly with the Bankruptcy Trustee to discharge your debts.
