Yes. That’s right. Check your pockets. According to the Washington State Lottery website, on Monday (Nov. 5), somebody bought a Match 4 lottery ticket at a store somewhere in Des Moines. Winning numbers are: 8-13-16-23. If you hold that ticket, you have $10,000 (before taxes are deducted) heading your way. The winner has until May 4, 2013, to claim their prize.
