Here is the list of the seventeen student welder/artists from the Puget sound Skills Center (Highline School District) that created the wonderful steel sculpture “Graduated Progression” located at the corner of Marine View Drive S. and S. 227th Street. They were taught by a great welder and artist Dale Copeland (Seattle Area Pipetrade, UA Loccal 32).
