Breeders Theater returns with ‘Blood Pudding’ at Beach Park Auditorium

South King County’s funniest live theater group returns from the dead with the Halloween-themed production of ‘Blood Pudding,’ which opened Friday night (Oct. 25) at Beach Park Auditorium.

The show is a satire on vampires and big business, written by T.M. Sell and directed by J Howard Boyd.

BT took two years off after the closure of its previous home, E.B. Foote Winery.

Here’s the synopsis:

At a failing manufacturing company, the board of directors hires a new CEO, who happens to be from Romania.

Is she a vampire, or just another executive with a plan?

The show features local actors Steven Davis, Erica McAdams-Roth, Martin J. Mackenzie, Daniel Vogt, Amanda Rae, Amber Rack, Steve Coffey, Adrienne Grieco, Kate Moyer, Lauren Scoville, and Matt Johnson.

Performances continue tonight – Saturday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 27 at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 1 and Saturday, Nov. 2 at 7 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 3 at 2 p.m.

All performances are at the Des Moines Beach Park Auditorium, 22030 Cliff Ave. S. Doors open half an hour before performance time.
