Advertiser Wesley Homes will be hosting Dr. George Scranton’s adaptation of “The Walk” at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 28, and all are invited. “Dr. Scranton’s creative adaptation transports us into the viewing gallery of the House of Lords, where the forces of change are afoot,” reads an announcement. He holds degrees in speech and religion, biblical literature, theatre history and criticism & theology and theatre. Of the dozen plays Dr. Scranton has written and/or adapted, three received national awards by the Christians in Theatre Arts Guild (CITA).
