Help ‘Break the Chains of Human Trafficking’ at a 5K fundraiser May 17

The Federal Way Coalition Against Trafficking (FWCAT) and SW King Coalition Against Trafficking (SWKCAT), together with local community partners, sponsors and parents, are teaming together for the 2nd annual “Break The Chains of Human Trafficking 5K Fundraiser” on Saturday, May 17 at Celebration Park in Federal Way.

Human trafficking is a problem that affects our community’s children, teens and adults, and with your support we can bring awareness and training to help protect our children and community.

Join us for the 5K, and take a stand to end human trafficking in Federal Way!

All proceeds will benefit FWCAT and will be used for purchasing training materials/supplies that will reach over 3000 FWPS students and parents this year.

  • Registration opens: 9 a.m.
  • Speakers Begin: 9:30 a.m.
  • 5K Walk/Run Begins: 10 a.m. (Strollers and pets welcome)

Thank you for your support and commitment to keeping our children and community safe, and we look forward to seeing you May 17th at our 2nd annual Break The Chains 5K.

The event is $15.00 a person (you can walk) or $30 for a family, please come show your support against human trafficking and help raise awareness! The Federal Way Coalition Against Trafficking is our neighbor and partner of SW King Coalition Against Trafficking
