Last Saturday’s market was one we would like to forget – the wicked wind (40-50 knots) wreaked havoc with canopies and vendors merchandise. Unfortunately we had to close early but, gladly no one was injured. Before the heavy winds, a lot of people came to shop and eat even though the weather was threatening.
Congrats to the Rotary Club of Des Moines & Normandy Park for braving the weather to put on a successful Brews & Blues Festival for their charities. Club members and participants all deserve a resounding “Well Done.”
