  1. Martin Metz says:

Had our Des Moines City Manager, Mayor, and Council followed Jack Mayne’s advice at the 4 minute mark on the podcast, they might have avoided or minimized the huge problem they are now wrestling with for moving too fast and quietly on the Woodmont Rehab Facility.

  2. John Castronover says:

Jack Mayne, thank you for including this travesty that is taking place in our city in your podcast commentary.
Martin Metz, thank you for your words of wisdom, this community changing direction that our city has chosen to take us down has an increasing number in our community everyday believing that our city manager, city attorney, mayor and our city council knew all along about this project and skirted the law in their notification process to keep this project quiet and on track.
To now acknowledge their wrong doings to tell us they will change the notification process for future projects is a little after the fact, if this facility is built as planned in its location, it will forever change the face of our city as we know it, Shame On You All Des Moines City Leaders.
