Due to low ticket sales, the Des Moines Legacy Foundation’s ‘Legacy Nights’ fundraiser for Youth Services Scholarships has been cancelled, organizers told The Waterland Blog Friday morning, May 6.
The event was set for the weekend of Friday, May 13 and Saturday, May 14.
The Des Moines Legacy Foundation has been around for over 17 years, and has been raising funds for Youth & Senior Services in the Des Moines Area.
If anyone is interested in donating directly to the foundation, they can do so at the non-profit’s website at www.DMLegacy.org.
