- You Run, Walk or Ride a Virtual 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or 1 Mile Course of your choosing anywhere in Des Moines or Normandy Park area this 4th and 5th of July weekend.
- Proudly wear Red, White, and Blue, the colors of your country of origin, or the colors that represent you.
- Destination Des Moines and Rotary values diversity and celebrates the contributions of people, regardless of their age, ethnicity, race, color, abilities, religion, socioeconomic status, culture, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
- Celebrate and help unite our communities of people!
Proceeds of this event support two local non-profit organizations: Destination Des Moines & the Rotary Club of Des Moines/Normandy Park.
Celebrate the Birthday of our Nation with Friends and Family by signing up for this VIRTUAL Run! You can finish your run at the Des Moines Farmers Market on Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., or visit the Quarterdeck or any other local restaurant or coffee house and enjoy one of your favorite refreshments .
