DESCRIPTION:UPDATE: This event has been POSTPONED due to concerns over the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak: \nHighline Public Schools is hosting its first-ever tour of the new Des Moines Elementary School for community members on Wednesday\, March 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. \n“I see inspiring things happening every day in our schools\, and I want community members to see them\, too\,” said Superintendent Susan Enfield. \nThe tour will showcase Des Moines Elementary School\, one of two new schools opened this year thanks to a bond passed by voters in 2016. \nThe tour will be followed by lunch prepared by the culinary arts students from Puget Sound Skills Center (PSSC). \nTour Schedule: \n\n\n\n11:00 a.m. Meet at PSSC – 18010 8th Ave S\, SeaTac 98148 (map below)\n11:25 a.m. Take a bus to Des Moines Elementary\n11:40 a.m. Tour Des Moines Elementary\n12:15 p.m. Return by bus to PSSC\n12:30 p.m. Lunch at PSSC\n\n\n\nSpace is limited – please register here by March 9. \n \n \nTour guests will first meet at Puget Sound Skills Center at 11 a.m.:
