DESCRIPTION:The Des Moines Summer Concert Series continues this Wednesday\, July 31 with free live latin music by Correo Aereo at Des Moines Beach Park. \n\n\n\nThe free concert will start at 7 p.m. \n\n\n\nThe concerts\, which continue Wednesday nights until Aug. 21\, are free to the public and promise an exciting mix of music genres. \n\n\n\nThe series kicked off on July 17 with a performance by General Mojos\, followed by Wasted on the Way on July 24. \n\n\n\nUpcoming performances include: \n\n\n\n\nWednesday\, July 31: Correo Aereo\n\n\n\nWednesday\, Aug. 7: Blue Lizard Band\n\n\n\nWednesday\, Aug. 14: Erina Mclaren & Back Sass\n\n\n\nWednesday\, Aug. 21: Uncle Ernie\n\n\n\n\nVideo\n\n\n\nHere’s a great video about the band: \nhttps://youtu.be/rfkGfcsZiWA?si=4nDrco0kwxWGvlsE \n\n\n\nThe event is supported by the Des Moines Art Commission\, the Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce\, and other community partners. \n\n\n\nResidents and visitors are encouraged to bring blankets\, chairs\, and picnic baskets to enjoy the performances in the scenic outdoor setting of the Beach Park Event Center. \n\n\n\nFor more information\, visit the Des Moines Arts Commission website.
