While on patrol recently, Des Moines Police Officer Lamarsh noticed on several occasions a Des Moines student cruising around on his skateboard.
However, the skateboard was unsafe, beat up, and falling apart.
Officer Lamarsh knew he had an extra skateboard at home and went out of his way to bring it in. He found the student and made the delivery today:
“The kindness and generosity of Officer Lamarsh brought big bright smiles all around!”
