Visit a walk-in clinic Oct. 1 or 8 for a vaccination at your convenience. This cold and flu season, CHI Franciscan Health is here to make protecting you from illness quick and easy. Stop by the new Franciscan Medical Pavilion – Highline in Burien (located next to the CVS Pharmacy at Five Corners) any time on Saturday, Oct. 1 & 8 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. to receive your flu shot for the season—no appointment necessary. Take advantage of these extended, walk-in Saturday hours by bringing in the whole family. Vaccination reduces the chance of fever, sore throat, muscle aches and other flu symptoms. And if you do contract the flu, your shot may help reduce the severity of the illness. Stay Northwest Healthy by getting your vaccination while it’s still early. If the above dates don’t work for you, CHI Franciscan offers a number of alternatives for flu shots that are convenient for you. Schedule an appointment with one of our primary care or women’s care providers, or stop by one of our urgent care locations (if the patient is 19 years of age or older).
