Celebrate Highline High School’s solar success at video premiere on Thursday, June 8

All are invited to celebrate some local student voices – see the premiere of a video featuring the students and alumni who inspired the 100-kilowatt solar panel project now generating electricity on the rooftop of Highline High School. 

This free event will take place on Thursday, June 8, 2023, from 5 – 6 p.m.

• Congratulate the leaders of the Highline High School Environmental Club from 2020-2023.
• Meet and thank other community supporters, donors and funders.
• Watch a video showcasing the student-led solar project, filmed by the Department of Commerce.
• Guess how many megawatt-hours of energy have been produced by the HHS solar panels since November.

• WHERE: Highline High School Theater; please enter Highline High School from the South Courtyard.

Parking will be available in the Moshier Field parking areas.
