Highline Heritage Museum to feature Steve Edmiston’s board game industry journey on Thursday, Nov. 20
The Highline Heritage Museum will host a presentation on Thursday, Nov. 20 featuring local storyteller, filmmaker, lawyer and entrepreneur Steve Edmiston, who will share his experiences in the board game industry.
The event begins at 6 p.m. at the museum in Burien, according to information provided by the museum.
Edmiston will discuss his journey from creating a children’s game to helping co found a company that earned a Toy of the Year award at FAO Schwartz in Times Square in New York City.
The museum said the presentation will highlight design, creativity, entrepreneurship and competition within the national toy and game industry.
The event is open to the community and offers residents an opportunity to hear insights from a prolific local creator whose work reached one of the most prominent stages in the toy world.
