Moonlight Beach Walk at Seahurst Park Beach with Environmental Science Center

Burien’s Environmental Science Center will be holding Moonlight Beach Walks at Seahurst Park over the next two months, allowing you to see marine organisms in a whole new light – your flashlight!

Explore the beach with ESC naturalists at night during a low tide in Seahurst Park, starting Friday, Jan. 12, 2024.

Schedule:

• Friday, Jan. 12, 2024: 9 – 11 p.m.
• Friday, Feb. 9, 2024: 8:30 – 10:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024: 9 – 11 p.m.

The event is free, but has limited spots to ensure both people and sea life are safe.

Please register all attendees and meet near the restrooms at Seahurst Park for this fun night.

Bring a flashlight, waterproof footwear and warm clothes, and a reusable cup for warm drinks!
