Temporary road closure of Redondo Beach Drive for crosswalk resurfacing will be Mar. 14-16

A section of Redondo Beach Drive South will be temporarily closed for construction work from Friday, Mar. 14, at 9 a.m. to Sunday, Mar. 16, at 9 p.m., as crews resurface the concrete crosswalk in front of the Redondo Fishing Pier.
The closure will affect the area between the Redondo Boat Launch and the intersection of Redondo Beach Drive South and Redondo Way.
Detours will be clearly marked to guide motorists around the construction zone.
City officials are asking for the public’s patience as the improvements are made.
