The Waterland Festival Parade is a Des Moines, WA tradition since 1959.

Join your community along Marine View Drive as you enjoy the Jr. Parade followed by the Grand Parade – Seafair Sanctioned Community Events.

Waterland Kids Weekend: Saturday, July 22, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The Waterland Festival proudly presents the Waterland Kids Weekend on July 22nd, a highlight for young festival-goers. From 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, children will be treated to an extraordinary lineup of activities, including Bounce-a-palooza, a Petting Zoo, a Kids Concert with shows at 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm, as well as Pirates Plunder, an art activity where kids can create Jr Parade mini floats. The day promises endless smiles and memories for children and families alike.
