The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 24-year-old man who was last seen Sunday morning, Mar. 29, 2026.

Jesse Duncan, a 24-year-old male, was reported missing after leaving his residence at approximately 8 a.m. and not returning home, according to police.

Duncan was last seen in the 22400 block of 30th Avenue South (map below) wearing glasses, a blue Seahawks hoodie, blue pants, black and white Jordan sneakers and pink headphones.

Police said Duncan has been diagnosed with autism and a neurological impairment, and they are actively working to locate him.

He is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 184 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information that may assist in locating Duncan is asked to contact the Des Moines Police Department at (206) 878-3301. Officials said anyone who sees him should call 911 immediately, noting he may no longer be in the immediate area.
