Maritime High School will host a fundraising carnival this Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the school in Des Moines.
The carnival will be held at Maritime High School, 615 S 200th Street (map below), and will raise money for the Maritime PTSA and the Class of 2026.
Organizers said the event will include music, bingo with prizes and an ice bucket dump, along with food and drink items for sale including popcorn, lemonade, baked goods and cotton candy.
They will have many cool prizes for Bingo, including:
- $25 gift card to coffee plus free gift – North Hill Espresso
- $50 gift card – Marisco Los Mochis
- Razor with 2 hair products for Men – The League of Barbers
- $50 gift card for Angelos Italian Restaurant!
- $25 gift card – Pretty Nails of Des Moines!
- Manson Construction – 8 Maritime High School pint glasses and two Maritime hats!
- Maritime tie-dyed shirts from Maritime PTSA
- PA and mic provided by Benni Sack, Realtor, Coldwell Banker Bain!
All proceeds will support the Maritime PTSA and the 2026 graduating class.
Attendees can pay with cash or Venmo.
The event flyer also includes a QR code for those interested in volunteering.
