Mt. Rainier High’s football Rams stayed unbeaten on Saturday, Sept. 12, holding off host the North Mason Bulldogs 25-20 in a nonleague football win.
The Rams improved to 2-0 with the victory.
The game was close throughout, and Mt. Rainier held on for the victory.
Mt. Rainier will return to league play on Friday, Sept. 18, when it travels to face Tahoma in a 4A North Puget Sound matchup. Tahoma enters the game at 1-1 after a 38-21 nonleague loss to Sumner.
