The Rotary Club of Des Moines and Normandy Park is inviting the community to its first Drag Queen Bingo Brunch on Sunday, July 12, a fundraiser supporting several local nonprofit organizations in the Des Moines area.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Highline Schools Foundation, Waterland Pride and the Waterland Parade.
The brunch will be held at The Cove in Normandy Park (map below) and will feature drag bingo, entertainment, prizes and a silent auction.
Attendees also can enjoy drinks and an assortment of bakery items, hot foods and fruit.
Organizers described the event as “a fabulous day of Drag Bingo” and said they hope participants will enjoy “a fun-filled brunch of laughter, prizes, and entertainment” while supporting local causes.
