Our sunshine luck ran out last Saturday at the Des Moines Waterfront Farmers Market when fall showed up with rain and wind. Still, a few hardy souls braved the weather and shopped and ate. Even with the bad weather the wine sales were great as people were taking advantage of our year-end sale. Our wines normally $15, are on sale for $12 with purchase of 4 or $11 with purchase of 6 or more. Remember there is No October market this year. This coming Saturday is the last day of this season. Be sure to stock up on all your needs for the winter and our vendors have lots of ideas for your holiday gift shopping.
