A Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the new Quarterdeck cafe/bar at the Des Moines Marina will be held at 10 a.m. this Saturday, Oct. 27.

Quarterdeck is a locally-owned, family-operated (by residents Ken Rogers & Catherine Carbone Rogers) tap room and wine bar serving craft beer and cider, wines from around the world, and hand-pulled espresso drinks.
