    Pina’s atleast are local endorsements.

    1. most of Pina’s endorsements are just Des Moines residents. anyone can list their friends and neighbors and call them “endorsements”, but it doesn’t mean anything and is kind of lame

      1. “Friends and neighbors” will know the character of the Candidate, and this is so much more meaningful and important than large impersonal organizations.
        BTW only one of Pina’s endorsements is listed solely as a citizen, the rest are business owners, politicians and unions.
        Ryan, I believe you are trying to obfuscate the issue of the attempt of Anthony to try to impress voters with a long list of outsider endorsements. Good political theater, but not helpful for the citizens of Des Moines.

BirchCreek you make no sense. click on the link i sent over. there are 10 people listed as “Des Moines Resident” with nothing else. yes, there’s only 1 listed in Tad’s post, but he excluded the rest. it’s just filler. and an endorsement of the mayor from a business owner means nothing. just they want the mayor to be nice to them.

  7. Why would anyone care if the Seattle Police Guild endorses him? We have our own police department and they DID NOT endorse him. Perhaps the local police are less inclined to endorse a socialist than those in Seattle who are used to it?
