Circo Circo Family Mexican Restaurant in Kent announced this week that it will close its doors Feb. 27 after more than 25 years in business, thanking customers, staff and families who supported the restaurant over the decades.

In a Facebook post shared with the community, the family-owned restaurant said the decision to close was difficult after years of serving meals and hosting celebrations for multiple generations of diners.

“After more than 25 years of sharing meals, memories, and moments with this community, our family restaurant will be closing its doors on February 27th,” the restaurant wrote.

The owners described the restaurant as a second home and gathering place marked by celebrations, late nights and familiar faces.

“To our loyal customers: thank you for choosing us again and again, for bringing your families, for turning first visits into traditions. Your support has meant everything to us,” the message said. “To our incredible staff, some of whom have been with us for so many years: thank you for your dedication, your hard work, and your heart. You helped make this place more than a restaurant, you made it family.”

Circo Circo said it is leaving “with full hearts and endless appreciation,” adding that the memories created there will continue beyond the closure.
