The Knights Car Club is proud to present this year’s 7th Des Moines Annual Classic Car Show at the Marina this Saturday, July 20.
- They are expecting over 200 cars that can be viewed at the North Des Moines Marina parking lot.
- There are door prizes galore and great raffle packages to win!
- There is a color activity center for kids and lots prizes to give away.
- The gate for vehicles will open at 7 a.m. If you have not pre- registered, and there are spaces available, the entry fee will be $20.
- Spectators as always get in free.
- Come on down, rain or shine, for a day of fun!
The Des Moines Waterfront Farmers Market is adding arts & crafts this year as well as full market and food court. If you are in the mood for breakfast, the Market Foundation is holding a pancake feed fundraiser from 8 to 10 a.m.
Floating in the marina guest moorage area will be Classic Wooden Boats as well.
There will also be live music performed by LIP SERVICE from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Raffle prizes and trophy winners will be announced at 2:30 p.m.
As with tradition, all net proceeds go to support the car club’s local charities.
