Codependents Anonymous (CoDA) meetings are now being held weekly at Grace Lutheran Church in Des Moines, offering a support space for individuals seeking to overcome codependent behaviors and find new ways to live fully.
The meetings are held every Thursday at 5 p.m. at the church located at 22975 24th Ave S. (map below).
CoDA meetings follow the Twelve Steps and principles aimed at helping attendees address self-defeating behaviors and build healthier relationships. By sharing their experiences, participants work to release emotional bonds from the past and reduce compulsive control in their present lives.
For more information about the program and its focus on personal growth, individuals are encouraged to attend a meeting.
