A brand-new Grocery Outlet is set to open its doors on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025, at 19803 1st Avenue South at the Normandy Park Towne Center (map below), offering its unique shopping experience to Normandy Park.
As we previously reported, this new store occupies the space previously held by the Normandy Park Market, a more upscale grocery that has been closed since 2019.
“We are thrilled to announce that our business is growing,” Burien store owners Gary and Cheryl DeCoursey said in a Facebook post. “We are expanding our business from our beloved Burien Grocery Outlet and are now the proud new owners of the Normandy Park Grocery Outlet.”
The store promises to offer savings of 40 to 70 percent on a wide variety of grocery items, including fresh produce, pantry staples, dairy, and its popular NOSH line, which features natural, organic, specialty and healthy foods.
“From fresh produce to all your favorite brand names – we’ve got it all at unbeatable prices,” the company posted on its official Facebook page, encouraging shoppers to follow the page for updates, sneak peeks, and opening-day promotions.
Grocery Outlet operates over 400 locations across the United States – including this new one in Normand Park – each independently owned and operated.
