The “I Could Never Do This Job Without You” Lunch: Blackened Salmon Caesar & Chowder

Suggested Beverage Pairing: Prosecco

Crisp romaine Caesar salad is topped with an Alaskan coho salmon dusted in Salty’s Blackening Spice. Served with Salty’s world-famous Seafood Chowder chock full of clams, scallops and bay shrimp.

The “My Right Hand” Combo: Crab Mac & Caesar

A classic dish at Salty’s Seafood Grills, this creamy pasta is tossed with sweet Dungeness crab and Tillamook white cheddar.

The “Assistant of the Year” Lunch: Surf & Turf: Columbia River Steelhead & Filet Mignon Skewers

Suggested Beverage Pairing: Pinot Noir

A petite cut of Columbia River Steelhead is paired with filet mignon skewers. The steelhead is basted with lemon-herb butter and finished with an herb salad. The skewers are crusted with Madagascar peppercorns, charred on our grill and finished with blue cheese.
