The north parking lot of the Des Moines Marina is proudly showing off its new makeover, and Photographer David Rosen took some great photos this week.
The seawall/bulkhead has been replaced, a new restroom installed, and cranes, fencing and other construction equipment has been removed to reveal a beautiful new outdoor area just as we start to approach spring.
